How to Reserve a trip
If you know the name and date of the trip, reserving your place on sky Travels is just a few clicks away. Call, fax, e-mail or fill up an online reservation request and you will be contacted for details.
Reserving Your Place
Download Visa Application Form. Read the terms and conditions under Tariff and complete the form. You can either fax or e-mail the completed form.
Confirmation
Upon receiving your tour payment, we will send you an invoice, detailed trip itinerary, pre-departure information, recommendations on clothing and equipment, suggested reading list and general information needed to prepare you for your trip.
Final Payment & Trip Documents
Tour payment is due 60 days before your departure. Your travel documents, namely, air ticket, approved copy of the visa and final trip details will be sent to you in 2-3 weeks prior to your departure.
